Luna Strategic Consulting will work closely with the client in helping deliver their project. As Project Director we will develop and build a businesses plan, provide strategic advice and work with internal team members and external consultants through the entire process.

We help coordinate the project and work in with Development/Project Managers (in house or external) and other consultants in achieving a successful project.
